Refunds and Returns Policy
At Beni, owned and operated by Lampwork Software, LLC, our policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and legal protection for both you and us. By purchasing from our website, you expressly agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and the personal use of our supplements, we do not offer refunds or order modifications under any circumstances once an order has been processed.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Perceived lack of product efficacy or results
- Subscription orders that were not canceled prior to renewal
- Customer errors during checkout (e.g. ordering the wrong product)
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
- Products marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
By purchasing from Beni, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and that no guarantees are made regarding effectiveness or results.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you expressly agree:
- Not to initiate a chargeback or billing dispute with your financial institution for any completed order
- That all billing concerns must be resolved directly with Beni by contacting contact@getbeni.com
Customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for valid, fulfilled orders will be considered in violation of our terms. You agree to be held financially responsible for:
- The full cost of the product
- All associated shipping and processing fees
- Any dispute fees assessed to us by our payment processor
These balances may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency and may negatively impact your credit score.
Damaged or Defective Products
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipment. To initiate a damage claim:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
- Email contact@getbeni.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
