**7. Autoship Subscriptions**
By choosing our Autoship subscription service, you are enrolling in an automatic billing and shipping plan. This service operates on a 30-day cycle.
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
– Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days
– Products will be shipped immediately after each successful billing cycle
– You may manage your subscription (pause, cancel, modify) in your account at any time
– You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first
– Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal. No refunds will be issued for Autoship orders once processed.
**8. Billing Disputes**
By completing a purchase, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with us and not through your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled order is a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is filed in violation of these Terms, you agree to reimburse Beni for:
– The full cost of the product
– Shipping and processing fees
– Chargeback and legal fees incurred
– Third-party collection costs
We reserve the right to report unpaid balances to credit bureaus and forward them to a collections agency.

Every individual may respond differently to our products. While many customers benefit from our supplements, we do not guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction or perceived lack of effectiveness.

**16. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions**
– Orders must be completed and not refunded within 30 days to qualify for payout.
– Payouts are processed only after the $150 minimum threshold is reached.
– Affiliate commissions are subject to review and verification before disbursement.
– Fraudulent activity, self-purchases, or violations will result in forfeiture and account termination.
– Payouts are made via PayPal only.
– Beni may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
– Affiliates must comply with advertising laws and disclose affiliate relationships.
– Beni reserves the right to disqualify affiliates for deceptive practices, spam, or brand misrepresentation.
