13. Autoship Subscriptions

When you choose our Autoship subscription service, you are enrolling in an automatic billing and shipping plan. This service operates on a 30-day cycle, meaning you will be billed automatically every 30 days and your selected products will be shipped to you upon renewal.By purchasing a product through Autoship, you agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Billing and Shipping:
   • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically every 30 days.
   • Products will be shipped immediately after each successful billing cycle.
2. Managing Your Subscription:
   • You can log in to your account at any time to manage your Autoship subscription. This includes options to pause, cancel, update your billing information, or modify your plan.
   • If you need assistance or prefer us to make changes on your behalf, you can contact our support team for help.
3. Billing Disputes:
   • By enrolling in Autoship, you acknowledge and agree that disputes regarding billing should be resolved directly with us. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or billing dispute with your payment provider for transactions associated with your Autoship subscription.

14. Beni Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

– Orders must be completed and not refunded within 30 days to qualify for payout.
– Payouts are processed only after the $150 minimum threshold is reached.
– Affiliate commissions are subject to review and verification before disbursement.
– Any fraudulent activity, self-purchases, or policy violations will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination.
– Payouts are made via PayPal only.
– Beni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
– Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and guidelines, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.
– Beni retains the right to disqualify any affiliate who engages in deceptive marketing practices, spam, or brand misrepresentation.
